The redevelopment of a 9-acre property previously developed with several industrial buildings with a 195,000 SF warehouse and ancillary office. The property had originally been mined for sand and then used for the disposal of construction and demolition debris. Improvements include a 180-stall parking lot, 30-bay concrete truck loading area, connection to public water/sewer and on-site drainage system consisting of subsurface leaching facilities. The design of the site improvements required addressing the potential impacts of the property’s prior uses. NPV completed SEQRA documentation, the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, the asbestos survey, and soil borings for the project.
