NPV is working for Bristol Suffolk LLC on their recent zoning change and site plan application to the Town of Babylon for the overall 100-acre development located in Wyandanch. NPV prepared the draft Planned Industrial Park – II (PIP-II) Zoning District legislation, Fiscal and Economic Impact Analysis, and Sustainable Landscape design. NPV is also currently preparing a Draft Environmental Impact Statement and will assist in the preparation of SEQRA documents for the proposed project.
